Found this notice tucked behind blatant ad popups on a few localnets. Scanned-in handwriting. Almost like the original author did not intent for it to hit the net. No hierarchy I can map. No central hub. Just people who decided couriers matter more than algorithms. Local encylopedia has no information on "Paper Saint". Sometimes I wonder if the whole city used to run on networks like this, before we optimized the trust out of it.

Atlas Heights: Saturdays only, 10 AM-noon (ask for location)
