Warranty covers service only, not underlying hardware. Helix Biometrics and affiliated clinicians not responsible for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, incompatible firmware, neural rejection, infection, scarring, motor function loss, sensory degradation, memory fragmentation, personality changes, or death. Service does not guarantee continued augment functionality. Additional fees may apply for non-standard ports, legacy hardware, or third-party modifications. Cleaning may void manufacturer warranty on certain augment models. Patient responsible for verifying insurance coverage prior to service. Helix Biometrics reserves the right to deny service to individuals flagged in compliance databases. By accepting service, patient agrees to mandatory arbitration and waives right to participate in class action litigation. Service records may be shared with Helix Biometrics corporate partners, law enforcement, and federal agencies as required by Harbor Recovery Compact Section 47-B. Failure to maintain regular cleaning schedule may result in insurance claim denial for augment-related complications.
